About The Nimbus Factor:
A fictional account of how weather modification technology is used by a political group in an attempt to take over the Government of the United States. The group manipulates the weather to make vast amounts of money by gaming the commodities market. The money is used to surreptitiously advance the group's far right political agenda. A true conspiracy theory story with the possibility of tyranny by a minority.
